In the public procurement procedure for the renovation of the spa park owned by the City of Lipik, the construction company Presoflex gradnja d.o.o. was selected as the bidder who submitted the most economically advantageous bid. Therefore, the signing of a contract worth HRK 12,484,049.78 with VAT was held today in the small town hall of the Lipik City Administration. The contract was signed on behalf of the contractor by Silvija Pavić, while on behalf of the City of Lipik it was done by Mayor Vinko Kasana.

The Mayor of Kasana expressed satisfaction with the progress of the Terme Lipik project so far.

– The existing works on one of the phases of this project, ie on the construction of Villa Zinka are being successfully realized, and with the signing of the contract on the beginning of works on the renovation of the spa park, which is owned by the city, this dynamics is going satisfactorily, – said the mayor. On this occasion, he added that Toplice Lipik, as a partner in the project, has introduced a contractor who will work on the renovation of the National Baths, and the signing of a contract for the renovation of the part of the park owned by Toplice is still expected.

– This will result in works on the revitalization of the park, after which the view of Lipik will be changed for the better in every sense, and if we look at it from the aspect of the tourist offer, then it is something really immeasurable. We will have a really special tourist offer that will form a representative unit, and will be a more pleasant space for the citizens of Lipik.

Projekt Terme Lipik sastoji se od tri komponente. To su Vila Zinke – interpretacijski centar, zatim Narodne kupke i lječilišni perivoj. Projekt u biti obuhvaća obnovu gotovo čitavog lipičkog parka, rekonstrukciju Vile Zinke („Vila dobre vode“), u kojoj će se na inovativan način interpretirati termalna baština Lipika popraćena modernim tehnologijama te rekonstrukciju i opremanje Narodnih kupki, u kojima će se moći iskusiti termalne terapije u wellness ambijentu.

Nositelj projekta je Grad Lipik, a partneri projekta su Toplice Lipik i lipička Turistička zajednica. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 73 milijuna kuna, a EU sredstva iznose gotovo 62 milijuna kuna.
